Chief Marketing Officer
Tom Murphy is Chief Marketing Officer at Turbonomic, the leader in Application Resource Management. With decades of global marketing experience, Tom helps power Turbonomic’s growth by driving brand awareness and demand generation in the enterprise cloud market.
Prior to Turbonomic, Tom served a dual role as CMO and SVP of Sales at Bradford Networks. In this role, he was responsible for demand generation, positioning and brand awareness in addition to top-line revenue. Before Bradford, he was CMO at Bit9 (now Carbon Black), where he helped establish its position as a market leader. Tom has also held various marketing and product leadership positions at technology companies including Symantec, Veritas and BMC. He began his career as a developer / IT architect at GTE.
Tom holds an MS in Computer Science from Northeastern.
